Not much of a drop from the fast day (5:2 approach) and the days inbetween held fairly steady doing mostly low carb. I've committed to do this for the month of December so I'll see how it goes! Low carb/keto may work better for me.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

@Draglist - I am doing both, but allowing more carbs than I usually do when doing low carb. Experimenting in hopes of finding some kind of WOE I can stick to permanently.

Hope low carb works for you. It seems to be the only WOE that I can stick with.

The 5:2 is a good approach, give it time. I'm doing something similar with the eating only 8 hours a day. There i good research to back these. Keep going, heaven awaits!
