Celebrated Dad's 76th birthday and ate at Pizza Hut. Still was able to lose some weight and eat pizza also. Good thing I used the cardio glide before going out. Will need to be careful today because carbs show up on me one day later. Decorating the house for Christmas today so this should keep me active.
310.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
