It appears that the only way I can add pictures from my iPhone to my Journal is through the Food Journal section of the FS App, unless I'm missing something. I think I can insert a link also, but that's a pain.
Anyways, I had an early meeting today, but managed to get up and do my 25 minute cardio / weights circuit workout which is way better than nothing. I used to have this mentality that if I couldn't run 4-5 miles or lift weights for an hour, then what's the use of working out. Which caused me not to work out on many, many, days.
Right now, I'm more interested in regaining my strength and gaining control over my eating habits than losing weight. If I get myself properly organized and disciplined, the weight loss will come. This time around, the focus is preparing my meals, bringing my lunch and snacks to work, and limiting the amount of times I eat out. This would be a great start for me.
When I was younger, I could eat whatever, workout and the weight would fall off. Now I have to monitor my diet. And sometimes I discover that I don't eat enough, vs over eating.
