Hey man.
If you are a dude then this will be easy. Ladies have it hard in this diet thingy. This is a four year project.
Assuming you aren't on diabetic medicines and have never been diagnosed with hypoglycemia get rid of the carbs and sugars. 100 to 150 grams of carbs per day is fine. You won't be hungry after you hit ketosis.
Drink all the diet sodas you want. Add lemon juice to help the flavor. Squeeze fat calories out where you can. Don't add olive oil to anything. Use salsa or vinegar or pure lemon juice for your salad dressing.
