i'm literally starving these days but my stomach become larger day by day... I am not sure whether I have any kind of disease. I am 22 years old and I want to be pretty like other girls... but i can not lose my weight no matter what.. what should I do...

Your weight doesn't show your petty it come from the inside l can see your picture and stop thinking your not pretty because you are. See your doctor for yourstomach the weight well come off in time with exercise and healthy eating .YOU CAN DO THIS!

you need to weight train along with eating a balanced diet. by starving yourself, your body learns to compensate and turns sugars and break down muscles into fat for stored energy. by eating correctly (types of food, time of day, etc.), you will fuel your body when needed, and also the weight training will build muscle so that your body will consume more calories when functioning normally.

thank you .. well starving mean I used to have very large portions and lot of snacks.. I cut down most of my snacks and the size of my meal... normally my meals are balanced ... but i am very bad at weight training...

Welcome. Try a High Fat Low Carbohydrate diet (HFLC), like Atkins. Weigh what you eat, count the calories and keep to your Recommended Daily Intake (RDI). Plenty of help to be had here. And be aware. Overweight you may be, but you are a pretty girl. Take a male's word for that.

Watch out for sugar and fried foods - I personally don't advocate high fat low carb, but just try to eat as many whole foods as I can, and avoid empty carbs like white bread and soda. Sugar makes me want more sugar, but fruit doesn't affect me that way - fruit juices without the fiber of the fruit does, though. It takes time to change habits, just keep your goals in mind and drink lots of water, as staying hydrated helps stave off hunger and makes it easier to make healthy choices. You can do this... Pretty girl :-)
