Donuts are one my big weaknesses! I totally identify with you on this struggle. But you only had two, and you were smart to combat the carbs with nuts to stablize your blood sugar. :)

Tell yourself that donuts are always available to have at any time. This is NOT the last time EVER for donuts ...or any "treat". Take your power back over the food!

Only big protein will help with that much sugar. Nuts don't have enough. Bummer

Read Real_Gone_Girl's post.....you won't look at donuts the same. Nuts aren't going to fix TWO donuts. Not eating TWO donuts=not having a problem to "fix". Agree with Luvinlife09. Why give your power to donuts especially two? I hold medical professionals at a higher accountability because you and I know how this stuff will destroy you from the inside out.
