I've not worked out since November 6th. The semester is almost over. I'm actually glad that I only gained one pound. I can undo that later.

Last month:
November 2016
Weight 161.5 lbs
Body Fat 38 %
Fat Mass 61 lbs
Lean Mass 100 lbs

This month:
December 2016
Weight 162.5 lbs
Body Fat 39 %
Fat Mass 63 lbs
Lean Mass 99 lbs

I lost one pound of lean mass and gained fat mass. That makes sense. I think it all went to the fat under my arms. I can feel it when I am not lying down.

Oh grad school, you are not good to my health. I graduate in less than a year and I expect to level off afterwards. I hope I am correct in my belief that it is grad school that blocks my weight loss journey and not something else. We'll see.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 64.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay focused! I actually enjoyed school better for working out. Find a routine where you can fit a gym visit in between your classes. I got in the habit of going to class - going to the gym, then going to the library. Stay focused and good luck!

I'm in grad school too and I can say it does drain the life out of you at times. This is my first day on my weight loss journey so I dont have much for advice but know you have people cheering you on! Keep strong! :)

Thank you, citguy and PixelPatronus! It is super hard to figure out a schedule. I try to do 2 or 3 workouts a week, but it's always super difficult to keep even that up in the last month. Plus, I like to work out at home, away from gawking eyes. I've tried gyms many times, but it's just weird to me. Anyway, thank you!!
