Started a banting with no more than eating 1000 calories a day took me long but I lost it a whole 5kg with 2 dress sizes my waist is only 85cm so happy never thought i could keep it up but I made it now the last 10kg to go
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 December 2016:
726 kcal Fat: 25.85g | Prot: 43.17g | Carb: 81.61g.   Breakfast: Blueberries, Pick n Pay Plain Yoghurt Low Fat. Lunch: Jungle Snack Mix Cranberry Fusion, Beef Thin-Sliced (Cured). Dinner: Mashed Potato, Sprite Sprite Zero (Can), Onions, Cucumber (with Peel), Minced Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat). Snacks/Other: Air Popped White Popcorn. more...

Hard to do at 1000 calories, but I list 120 lbs once. Couldn't keep from going back up, so advice you...be sure have maintenance eating plan ready. Hoping to hear great success from your efforts!
