Today is day 1 of not a diet but of a lifestyle change. Step 1 give up soda, chips, and chocolate, my 3 favorite things.

yea its gonna be hard but its time for change and these things are my weaknesses

well you can always replace the chips (potato chips)to sweet potato chips and replace the chocolate with 70% dark chocolate - and try not to take more than three times a week like 5 squares if i'm understanding you properly :) it's healthier .. once you get user to the taste you will love it .
