Gosh!! I clean forgot to journal my CF class yesterday... I was too consumed by my weight.

Todays CF Class:

Strenght/Skill:

Double KB Front Squats

4 x 8 @ 3 sec tempo downwards (I'm not sure what the weight on my kettle bells was, but half way through, it got heavy so used only 1 KB.)

METCON:

3 Rounds:

5 Deadlifts (AHAF - as heavy as f***) LOL, I did only 27 kg.
15 KB Swings
30 m Sled pushes
