Well, I totaled blew yesterday. I did good with my food intake eating healthy fats, even though I did go over my personal daily intake allowance. However, I bought two packs of chocolate covered cherries (my worse weakness) and ate 3 out of 5 of one box. Gave the other two and the second box to my roommate. Had to before I ate all 5. But the sugar shock really did it for me. Boy could I tell too. Oh well, one day I dont think is going to hurt so that has me taken care of for the season as for the chocolate covered cherries.

After being sugar free for a while, you really do get a notion of how hard the stuff is on our bodies! Hang in there, Tina!

LOL - "taken care of for the season" - I like that! We all have special things we love and three chocolates sounds like moderation in the big picture
