So only a .3 loss this past week. I have to take into account that thanksgiving was this week. Plus dad has been here for two weeks. This fifth round of 21 day fix I only lost 1.3 pounds. Not happy, but any loss with no gain is good, especially during a holiday. On to round 6, week 16!!!
142.5 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
