goooooood sunday mornin... ewwwww baby its cold outside..its 32 with a wind chill of 30... been taking days off from riding...muscle behind knee an cold weather just dont agree with each other..so days off but still up an moving even though i cant ride have been in process of cleaning out a bedroom to make room for my road bike an trainer to go into the room...selling the bedroom suite hopefully...not that it matters really..suite is nice looking but its been paid for several times over...just extra money..so been moving all the furniture around in room getting it set up like i want it..should find out today if its sold or not...

then...sooon as i get my kinetic road machine smart choice trainer to set my road bike into i can peddle to my hearts content an not have to worry how cold it is outside...im ready an just waiting on the bike shop to call so i can head to the shop pick it up an act like a kid at xmas time...lol...my present to myself i guess for learning that healthy habits are better for me..

just wishing more people understood what they are doing to ther bodies by eating 3-4 times what they need to get by each day..i can relate to the over eating an not exercising..i use to be that person..i think about it everyday..back 8 years ago i got healthy..and really enjoyed that new me..but i didnt stick with the maintance part of the journey..well i did for 7 of those 8 years..but last year more stress in life..mom was sick..i let my eating habits return..an sorry to say but when you dont track your food..it dont take very long to pack the pounds back on...an i was disguested with what i was doing..but just couldnt turn the snowball around..you have to reach a point when you and your little voice inside get on the same page..im glad back in april of this year my little voice inside...told me today is the day to sign back into fs an get back on board..yes its been a struggle..anything worth doing in life is a struggle..but im here to tell you that being healthier is worth the struggle ...im one of those people that hardly ever get sick..so being healthier is just a plus for me..

i believe when one door closes an another opens..its for a reason..its reinventing your journey thru life..hopefully for the better..

You are so right. It has taken me 5 years to get my voice and body on the same page. And 10 years since I've been at my goal weight. Upwards and onwards.

Good post. Sometimes when people have problems they just forget to care about themselves. I guess that happened to most of us on here at some point.
