Gonna see a gain tomorrow, because of Tuesday's pub dinner, and had left-overs yesterday too. Too many bad carbs... But I'm not worried! :-)

5 km run (Blegh!!! I had one lap, then quit & rowed 3 km instead)
Then we did some mobility stretches... It was a lekker rustige class today!!
