Yep, you can do it again. I'm in the same boat. After 4 years of gaining over 80 back, I'm down 40. This time we just need to keep at it after the weight is off

I used app 3 years ago and I lost 30 pounds then I stopped using this app and I've gained all my weight back :( so disappointed in myself
