23 days into Whole Food diet. Very careful with any sugars (pasta, grains, rice, flour, alcohol). Felt weird and weak initial days. Now eating until full, no hunger pangs, but under 1700 calories a day. Is that good? Blood sugar (fasting) at 105 and 101. Still a tad high. Lowest weight in many years.
