While I LOVE seeing the scale move back 4 pounds, I really hate recording it because #1 it's likely water loss from low carb dieting 4 days, and #2 tomorrow I could be 2 pounds higher (for the same reason; water).
Low carb dieting, plus the 16:8 fasting, isn't too difficult except for thirst, head aches, and dragon breath. But it appears to be working and I truly think I could live my life without bread or pasta, and having the occasional treats & cheat days.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
