i changed my settings to buddies only... I dont feel comfortable anymore and some of the things people were going on about the other day dont make it any better. I know all my buddies are caring and never say hurtful things, and even when we disagree, we agree to disagree! HA!
So with that said, Im up nice and early (5am) and Ive the bacon on..mmmmm. WW made me foggy and lazy. I miss my healthy fats and eggs all the time and pork skins. butter.... I had no real control on WW and I feel all the allowed food set me off and caused more cravings. Hey, I tried. I did LCHF yesterday and today I woke up super early and super charged and almost back to my old self. Went to dr yesterday and got a b12 while I was there.. omg amazing!
Anyhoo, happy friday friends. let make it a good one ! Setting my mini goal at 2-5 lbs. mid goal to 10 lbs and long term at 50 lbs. Something I know I can do !

On the positive side, it looks as though you didn't gain anything more than the initial water gain, so if you do fancy having a change again, you could do it for a few days. Anyway I'm glad you sorted out what works best for you. It was worth trying. It's a shame that some people made you feel that you needed to change your settings, but I'm glad you trust your buddies!

Sorry to hear that people used your post to stand on their soapbox and spew venom. Whenever I see a post that tells of an opinion that's completely the opposite of mine, I abstain from comment (politics, religion). Most of us are here for support and to give support and share health tips. I like that you gave WW a try - just because it didn't work doesn't mean that parts of it weren't worth keeping, though.

SOON, I totally agree, there are some good parts worth keeping. One of the aspects I liked was that WW was more than a diet, it was about over all wellness and it stressed outside activities like gardening .. Kinda like mind body and soul... Im down for that... LOL
