It's been craziness the last few days. Saturday was my first Thanksgiving meal (of 4) "Friendsgiving" as it was this time. I let myself get too hungry in anticipation and didn't have much control. With not being able to shop I didn't have time to prep meals for our Sunday trip (8 hours drive time) and I ate like absolute junk. I had enough for 1 shake this morning & I had 1 mason jar salad left so I'm back on track. Will need to go to the store tonight and meal prep. I'm sure workout today will be a little tough.
Need to drink lots of water today too!! Today is the start of Week 3 on plan.
