Decided to aim for a goal in stages instead of the big fat number (yes, that was a pun). So...fifty pounds is the new goal.
I will do the following: 1. Walk and/or other exercise each day 2. Eat more balanced and proportioned meals 3. Play "Grapefruit Diet" by Weird Al Yankovic as motivation
