Have all but cut out all soda.
177.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week

I don't drink caffeinated soda anymore. And I am only drinking soda when I need calories because either I slept to much during the day and haven't met the 1000 calories for the day or as a celebration.
