Ok so I haven't weighed properly for a couple of days because I have been plagued with the ladies weight gain (comes once every 28 days) so I have been bloated etc... etc.. I have been a bit cravy too lately, but this will pass, (although I have given into my cravings) so not expecting big loss (hopefully not gain). Plodding along. Hope every one else is doing well :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 October 2016:
