Today has been successful! I had left over Scotcharoos and so far I have managed to avoid them. I am taking the remainder of them to my Grandson for his bowling Halloween party. I got a lot of exercise today and I am feeling perky right now. The weather has been wonderful and I really love what they call Indian Summer. Thank everyone for the positive comments. I am sure you all know how it is to start a program, it takes every bit of will power you can produce for a week or two.

It does take huge willpower to start. It also takes huge commitment to stay with it for the long haul. This is a great place to get the support and encouragement to stay the course.

It is taking a lot of will power for me also, diehard, to get back here and be more mindful about food and about getting more exercise. Nice to see you.
