After over indulging on last week cheat day and see how many days have passed without me returning to my previous weight is disheartening.

Two factors I hadn't had before: Taking 225g of protein a day is now part of my diet and my focus in muscle mass routines. The weight may look the same, but the body fat is going down.

I'm missing a lot of cardio too.

Well, so much for this week update. No visible progress on reducing my weight but my body looks muscular.
