I'm going to continue putting my weight in here weekly. Right now I'm still working out on my half hour lunch breaks as much as possible and I'm noticing that I'm gaining muscle in my arms, legs, etc. But I'm also noticing that my muffin tops are getting fleshier if that is possible. I need to get control of my eating. I think my portions are out of control but until I can rein myself in, I will be at this weight or more. I have to make the change and right now it's not happening. It's now big sweater season, so I guess I don't notice that I've changed. I keep saying that I can lose this weight but I need to think baby steps again and just try to lose in small amounts again.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Eliminate all bread, pasta, rice, desserts, sugar, soft drinks, juices and I guarantee you, you will lose weight. I started doing that in July and without any exercise at all I've lost 18 lbs since July. It's a low carb, high fat way of eating. I don't call it a diet, because I'm never hungry. Kalyn's Kitchen has all the amazing recipes you need too. Good luck

Great job working out over your lunch break! I've been doing poorly on the eating side of things as well.. it's tough to find a balance, especially when you're busy! Keep at it!
