I'm eating a lot of carbs though my portion sizes are getting slightly smaller.

Eating fruit for breakfast but still eating late dinners.

To be fair I was 116kg a couple of weeks ago so my consistency is awful. Trying to work out more and I definitely walk more because of work!
249.1 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
