How can I be SO FULL on 270 calories for the day????? I'm on full Beast 3.0 mode, fasted 27 hours, and ate to satiety. I had my morning coffee with half & half, waited until I was hungry at 6, had half a ribeye steak and a whole tomato with just salt and pepper. I feel stuffed and not deprived of anything. Yaaaaaaassssssssss!

Finding just having supper to be very doable! My fast was 25 hours with just coffee and cream during the day. We are rocking this! Yea us!
