I had a grilled cheese sandwich with ham..extra cheese, last night, and it was so good! Blew my whole diet. Went over my calorie intake by 500 calories. Have got to make up for that today! Next week, strictly Scarsdale. Big believer in Scarsdale.

500 calories isn't so bad, just spread it out over 5 days (100 calories per day) and you've made up for it.
