I have been in a skilled nursing rehab for over a month. The right side of my lower back is giving me trouble. So I am stuck here until I can walk and make it up steps.

All you ever hear is, if you didn't have the weight you would be a candidate for back fusion. So I guess it time to get rid of it. Like saying good to an friend. I've never been the skinny girl. I have NO idea what that is like. It actually scares me.

But its time to go on an adventure into the land of normal weight size. At least it will be easier to get clothes???
345.0 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 190.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
