Should achieve 200 lbs. tomorrow. Will seriously begin pulling water off this weekend and then carb up next Thursday and Friday for Saturday competition. The last two weeks are the hardest but the most gratifying. When the water comes off, it is like opening a present and seeing what is inside. You get to see the results of hard work in the gym. The offset is that with such a carb restricted diet, everything is harder to do whether work, exercise or play.
