Not enough exercise. Too much alcohol. Began 30 Day Whole Food effort - no sugars, alcohol, tobacco. Sugar is found in everything! Feeling some withdrawal. Recommended by Joel.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
