Thanks!! Kinda weirded out by by .6 loss this week but I'm not trying to lose a lot just thought w my deficits it'd be more. Oh well I'm glad I'm being conscience and doing my workouts. Whatever it takes. Here's some quotes I hear every time I workout-"Don't stop when u r tired, stop when u r done", "If u want something u have never had before, gotta do something you've never done before". Hehe. Hope they help y'all :-)
