Doing well today. I typically have better luck during the work week - the routine helps (meetings, emails, same arrival & Departure, etc). Also lots of nearby healthy was to eat - I really like Pollo Tropical. Blood sugar was very good this morning and so far today.
I'm hoping to entice my wife out for a walk tonight.
