I fell off the wagon during 2014 and 2015 and gained all of my weight back, all the way up to 207. In the Spring of 2016 I lost 30 pounds but then gained back 10-15 pounds. I recently went to Boston over the weekend and returned on Oct. 17th. Starting on Tuesday, October 18th, I have followed my diet to the T and worked out every day. I've lost about 8 pounds in a week. Now to get back down to 150 lbs!
189.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
