I spaced out yesterday and forgot I had joined the Beast Mode 3.0 challenge! I had more than one meal, tho my carbs and cals were within my goal. So today I begin, a day late and a dollar short! I will be running a day behind my fellow participants but I will catch up! Here is a selfie I took while at the FFA convention this past weekend. Something about the camera angle hides the waddle under my chin! Does anyone know a way to firm up this skin at my age?

Your eyes and smile are so bright......beautiful indeed. :)) Your face is thinner too. I am not noticing any under the chin problems. Immediately I noticed your eyes and smile to be honest.
