So far so good. I have stuck to my calorie goals for every day. I even had chinese food on friday but still managed not to go over. I have to admit though, as good as it tasted, after nearly a month of clean eating I had a major headache and felt unwell after eating the chinese food. You really look at how many calories are in food when you have to track them. I couldn't believe how many are in just a few small honey garlic ribs, a whopping 450. Tomorrow I have a follow up appointment with my surgeon, I am curious to see what weight their scales say I am now since theirs was where I originally weighed myself before I started. My neighbors scale says I am down 8 pounds since my surgery on Sept 29th.

Congrats on the weight loss :-) I hope all checks out good at your doc appointment! It's so true about the sticker shock on foods when you're counting calories. It get's to the point where you just give up certain things due to the calorie load not being worth it. By the way, I also had Chinese food about a month ago for first time in quite a awhile and it was SO GREASY! It also gave me a headache afterwards. I think I can do without any more greasy noodles :-)
