Weekend was great. As per usual massive lack of sleep. I now take every morning to reflect and I find it good. Upon my reflection this morning I have noticed that an old enemy has slowly creeped back courtesy work with high responsibilities. That enemy is stress. I have already cancelled my lunchtime Gym (Bad Mistake) but now upon reflection I have should have just put my kit in the car but cannot go since I have no kit. Also reason for my late nights. I need to manage my way out this otherwise lifestyle and diet destroyed. Only 3 days till I go on a short holiday.
257.1 lb Lost so far: 82.7 lb.    Still to go: 65.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
