Went over protein. Didn't exercise.

I will amend my plan: never take the elevator at work. Plan ahead for the evening meal. Continue LCHF with protein goal max 60 Gm. Take supplements in the morning before work.

Am grateful I am able bodied and of sound mind.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Seems like you're working this out. Planning the evening meal is a great idea. It'll be a great thing when you get home tired and know what you're going to do. Keeping the protein low isn't always easy, but you're focused so you'll be fine. Sounds like you've got this!

My son is visiting this weekend. We decided to go out to dinner. I picked an Argentina steak restaurant with the hopes that I could eat on program. It worked out great; I ordered steak kabobs, and brought about 1/3 of it home. 40z beef with a few veggies and I just tasted the rice. Expensive, but fun.

Those little changes like taking the stairs can make a big difference. You've got a great plan going.
