Great day today, work week was tough and super busy. We actually got nicer weather in Florida for a change, I hit eagle lake park and did 2 hours of walking, enjoyed seeing the turtles in the water swimming and cool breezes hitting me doing 1.5 mile trail Walk. ☺😺, by the way buddy was so frisky this morning he ran to the top of his perch climbing the carpeted pole!! Buddy has not lost A beat even at 9 years old!!!!

sold our house three years ago, went from constant excercise and always walking to 3 years of sitting in a small apt.(complex) with no where to walk, and driving for work. Gained 25 unhealthy pounds, no muscle tone, taking a deep breath and starting from scratch. We finally have a new home, and close next week. Needs a ton of work, 26 acres, can't wait, to actually have a reason to wake up!!! Need help to figure out food again, so happy to have found this site, thanks a million, baby steps

Data gal with 26 acres, those 25 pounds will be dropping rapidly!!!! Try 1300-1200 calories a day and with some sort exercise , your weight should drop quickly. I am fortunate with this community there are methods of exercise available ( alot of times with extreme Florida heat & humidity motivation does disappear) but I have been walking ,swimming and i have my paperwork completed for community spa/gym. Also work has been busy

My last cat, a grey tiger, lived to 22. Enjoy every day you share together. We have a new kitten, I'm trying to avoid any attachment. Ya, how's that workin out. ??

Thanks Hcb, April, Islamic and Sarah!!!! Enjoyed another day of alot walking , errands were included today like grocery shopping. Had windows open last night Buddy actually got a little cold, I got his special blanket out for him. It's amazing how the cooler weather gives me more energy, lol I got characteristics of frosty the snow man!!! Enjoying some football and celery sticks now!!! Go Steelers!!!

You too April!!!!! I will weigh in on Friday for sure. My exercise has been better, Once I get through this clean up week on paperwork. I will clean up my diet, I did buy some healthier foods for dinner.
