getting used to the daily entry system but it helps me keep on track which i am thankful for. i have found just keeping track of my daily intake has me more aware of what im doing diet wise.

Yessss, Asya, it REALLY does make a difference. Sometimes I don't eat that cookie or that brownie, just because I don't want to record it :-). I honestly think that 90% of my battle is just becoming more AWARE of what I put in my face, and when, and why. Good luck!
