with regular working out/ weight lifting Monday- Friday, I have lost 11 lbs. almost 67% lean muscle and almost 34% body fat. weekends I still eat what I want...but need to stop asap. lol. aiming to tighten and tone body... ideal body fat percentage should be 21% have to lose 14%.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.5 lb a week
