Day 4 no sugar. Feeling good. Ooops. I did have a couple of tsp. of homemade jam. I forgot about it being sweetened.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
