I missed my weight in last week. I really wasn't feelin it. So I just weight in and I'm 5lbs down but I'm not excited. Its just weight that was lost and gained and lost again. My new products are here. I'm using the Iworks Thermofit and Greens. I really need some energy so I can consistently work out. Hopefully the thermofit will do that. Everyone that is on your weight lost journey, "Keep trying and don't give Up!"
276.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel. It's like posting a 1.5 lb loss after you gained 2 lb the previous week due to poor food choices. On the one hand, it's good to be on track, on the other hand, it doesn't feel good enough. Like, "If I hadn't messed up, I would be smaller right now."
