I've been stuck at this weight now for months. I really tried hard this month. I kept my calorie count low every day but no seeing the results I expected. There's not much I think I could cut further other than carbs, however I live in China and it is a high carb culture here. There are really only two choices for meals - noodles or rice - to which one adds a sprinkling of meat or fish. It is really hard to come up with low carb food choices here.
229.3 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hello Buddy! What about a tad of noodles and rice with the meat but add shredded cabbage,onions and other veggies available? Is that an option? i don't restrict carbs, but find if I cut them back I lose weight easier. Good luck!

You can always try cutting back on the fat by avoiding anything friend and sticking with lean cuts of meat.

It is difficult to alter the proportions since I am stuck with the university canteen food for lunch and most dinner. It is typically a huge bowl of noodles with a single table spoon of meat mixed with veg. You can't eat less noodles without also eating let meat an veg too and you can't eat more veg without getting more noodles.

You may have to not eat all that is given to you to get the meat you want.
