TGIF! Good morning Everyone! Back from vacation and still holding...but need to start my next 8 week plan for my self. Pretty much the same as before, but I am upping the Ante...Longer walks, more core strengthening and better food choices. The past week has been too high in fat and not enough protein...and although I don't omit carbs, they have been a tad high...But no cravings or bingeing or mood swings or digestive issues for weeks on end is pretty damn good! I haven't felt better in my life. Been busy taking care of the old folks and the wee ones...Halloween costumes to make and more care needed in some areas. Hope you all have a great weekend and good luck in your endeavors. LOVE YOU GUYS...we are a great community!
