Well I had ten days of eating out with family and the scale doesn't lie, I didn't loose anything over that timeframe, but luckily I didn't gain. Good thing I hit my monthly goal early, now back to work
260.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
