They bought us pizza at work yesterday. They got me a salad the last time, but it was so bad that I threw in the towel and just ate pizza instead. I was surprised at how little filled me up and didn't notice any extra energy at the gym after work. Also no hunger afterwards like I was expecting. I never ate dinner, I did have my usual protein shake when I got home.
