Weighing in Sunday Morning!!
Excited to see what kind of progress I've made.
Got some solid advice today, I know will take me far. Going to reduce calories by 500 and see how my body adjusts.
Also going to add in Cardio in the morning before work. Was a pain in the butt getting up this morning but we made it happen!
