It's really hard to stay on track when my husband insists on baking sweet stuff constantly.

so sorry, may be have a sit down and ask him/tell him how difficult it is for you when he does that.

My boyfriend is the same way. Nightly cookies or ice cream 😒 I've gotten low cal ice cream and sugar fat free cookies not the same but does help or if i'm having a bad food day i ask him to eat his treats when I'm taking a long hot bath or shower.
