9 hours work today, so a short day, no lunch break. The company brought in Chipolte so decided to try it again, still not impressed. I had a salad bowl and about 500 calories, everything was within my plan. RE: taste should have eaten my pasta with a homemade fresh tomato sauce it is better. It awaits me for tomorrow.

I LOVE bold flavors and have learned that they also help one not to crave or be hungry because your senses smell and taste are satisfied. Mediocre or bland leave one looking for satisfaction even if they have had enough to eat.

Did do a 30 minute TRX workout adapting a bit adding ab moves for the side planks as I'm back there yet. A late light dinner of a veggie soup and homemade whole grain toast. I LOVE workouts as they make me feel terrific.

I can relate to the feeling of being satisfied with the tastes of food. Savory and sweet are what I love about Fall.

I love fresh winter squashes and often wish I could get them in the summer.

Think of you often as we eat our veggies...your mere mention of vegetable soup made me march to the kitchen and make a batch. Once we get this cancer under control or gone....We will return to our homemade breads..for now it is strictly fruits and vegetables. We try to eat raw two meals a day and then something warm for supper. Thanks for suggesting....
